Enhanced a custom Next.js page builder by developing reusable, configurable content blocks, improving flexibility and reducing page creation time. Researched and implemented a nested drag-and-drop block architecture with automatic unique ID generation, ensuring conflict-free JSON serialization and seamless block duplication. Migrated Laravel Blade views to React with Inertia.js, enabling SPA-like navigation and removing full page reloads. Improved maintainability by refactoring reusable components and simplifying state management, and optimized performance by cutting unnecessary re-renders. Also contributed to the Laravel backend, implementing APIs, business logic, and database operations to support frontend features.

Customers order cash on delivery without an account, or sign up with a Bangladeshi mobile number to track their orders and leave reviews, while staff use an admin panel for revenue dashboards, catalogue management, and order fulfilment. Built on Next.js 16 with PostgreSQL and Prisma, JWT auth in httpOnly cookies, Cloudflare R2 for product images, per-phone and per-address rate limiting on orders, English and Bangla copy, and nightly database backups, covered by Vitest and Playwright tests.

It pulls each member's public GitHub activity into PostgreSQL and orders the team by merged PRs for the last 7 days, the month, or all time, showing pending PRs, issues, and reviews for context without letting them affect the ranking. It syncs nightly in the office timezone or on demand, and the app, database, and background sync all start with one Docker Compose command. In real use it tracks 16 teammates and 164 merged pull requests across 69 repositories.

Each clinic is its own tenant and subscription, and staff sign in with owner, dentist, receptionist, or accountant roles to manage patients, appointments, and prescriptions, with a team invite flow that verifies email before staff set their own password. Designed secure by default with role-based access control and audit logs, using hand-rolled JWT cookie auth with argon2 password hashing on Next.js 16, PostgreSQL, and Prisma 7.
